  3. The total quantity of items in your order.

  1. The easiest way to reduce the cost per item is to increase the quantity of your order. Consider ordering a few extras to maximize your savings.

How many do I have to order?

From just one to thousands, We can print as many items as you need for your unique event, cause or occasion!

For some of our most popular styles, you can order just one item through our digital printing service.

Some items must use screen printing or embroidery, and may have different minimums.

  • Screen printing: Minimum quantity is 6. (If your design contains more than 3 colors, higher minimums may apply.)
  • Embroidery: Minimum quantity is 12.

Can I get a sample before I order?

We know everyone gets peace of mind from seeing, touching, or even trying on a product before placing an order? We can have a blank sample at your door within a 5 -7 days a non-refundable fee of $25.00.

We also provide via e-mail a mockup of your design for artwork approval you can approve or decline. We will not print without your approval. You can also use our Design Lab to mock up a shirt before you even place an order.. Rest assured in addition to seeing mockup email, our designers review every order. However, we know that sometimes circumstances may require sending a printed sample.

A sample printed with your custom design is automatically sent for orders over 1,000 pieces as part of the approval process. For orders that don’t automatically qualify, this printed sample is also available for a non-refundable $55.00 fee.

When will I receive my order?

Standard Delivery Time:

Standard delivery is to arrive at your door within 10-14 buisness days!

Rush order minimum 24 garments

5-7 Business days $50.00 | 3 Business day 15% to invoice total | 2 Business day 20% to invoice total.

We don’t call this premium service Super Rush for nothing. Choose this option at checkout if you need your shirts in a flash, and for an extra 25% of the cost of your order, we’ll get your shirts to your door in three business days with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality we provide for all our customers.

What happens after I place my order?

Each order is reviewed by our design production team to make sure your design is perfect and ready for print.

All art is thoroughly checked for aesthetics, printability, and errors. We will automatically adjust common issues like alignment, contrast and line thickness.

For orders of six or more items, you’ll get an email mockup proof and details of any corrections before we process your order.

Where can I print on a garment?

Standard locations that can be printed on a garment include full front, full back, left chest, and sleeves. Please see our screen printing dimensions and garment printing location info page. If you have a special request please contact a customer service rep.

How and when do I pay?

We require full payment of the invoice at the time of art approval and order approval. We accept Mastercard/Visa and Amex. You can send a money order or check but it would need to clear before production on your order starts.

How can I pay with a purchase order?

purchase order (PO)* if approved for credit (generally for institutions, such as schools,  government agencies and businesses). Simply choose your payment method during checkout.

For payment by purchase order*, we’ll provide instructions for purchase order for verification before we begin processing your order. When invoiced for a PO, you may pay by check or credit or debit card.

Can you print a copyrighted/trademarked design for me?

KD Shirt Shop & Sporting Goods will not print any trademarked or copyrighted designs with out written consent from the owners of said trademarks or copyrights.

Why will my web graphic not print good on shirts ?

Web graphics are not high enough resolution to print correctly and look good on garments and promotional items.

Can I resell shirts I've purchased from KD Shirt Shop & Sporting Goods?

Yes, you can resell shirts you’ve purchased from us as long as they do not use our clip art,design templates that we own. Uploaded images that you own the rights to are fine.

Can you print over a zipper?

We don’t recommend it. Yes, we can, though the print may get muddy over the seams. If you want the print to be perfect, we would try to revise your artwork to avoid the zipper

Where can I see a sizing chart for my garment?

You can always ask us to direct you to a size chart, or if you know the garment style number, you can find the size specs for your garment by visiting our main suppliers’ website.  SSActivewear, Sanmar, and Alphabroder are our main suppliers. If you’re ordering a specialty garment, ask us to provide a sizing chart.

Can I bring my own garments in?

Yes,  but we would prefer to use garments we get from our vendors to insure that we can get the product quickly if there’s any issues with imprinting of the design or imperfections in the garment. You will be require you to fill out our customer-supplied-garments form you must print and e-mail the form back to KD Shirt Shop & Sporting Goods before we do any work on your provided garments. What are your screen charges?

We have none if all garments are sourced by KD shirt Shop & Sporting Goods. Customer owned garments have a onetime $25.00 per color screen set up fee with a minimum of 12 garments.

Are there limits to what I can have printed?

We do not accept orders that require printing a bar scan or any type of scan logo (including QR codes) as this is problematic and could risk the bar-code not scanning properly.

Protected Imagery

Wondering if you can make an awesome super-fan shirt for you to wear to your favorite team’s season opener? Want to design Disney World bag or shirt? Although we are obligated to follow all copyright laws and won’t print any orders that may aid in producing non-licensed merchandise for illegal resale, we promise navigating trademarks and copyrights isn’t scary! Even if your order contains protected material, we will work hard to print your dream design for you with the appropriate permissions and/or personalization for your group.

Official graphics used on everything from album covers to football jerseys are protected property.

To use images protected by trademark or copyright in a design, we first need permission from the owner or trademark holder. Normally the licensing department of a major sports franchise, a band’s management team or even a listed university faculty member can give permission.

We need approval to print any protected content for:

  • Bands/Musicians
  • Celebrities
  • TV/Movies
  • Colleges
  • Pro-Sports
  • Greek
  • Brand Logos/Names
  • Disney

Do You Have A Order Fulfillment Service?

Yes,  We’ve fulfilled and shipped hundreds of orders for many brands through our easy-to-use webstores that we will create for FREE.

  1. There no shipping costs associated with our local customers within a 20 mile radeus for demand fulfillment.
  2. We have pay as you go fulfillment services customers recive lower per-product pricing .
  3. We have pre pay fulfillment services this plan recive lower per-product pricing than pay as you go fulfillment with other perks.

How much does the average t shirt cost?

Each t shirt, or any other apparel, will vary in price. This depends on what brand your shirt is and what model of shirt this is. Of course, this also depends on where your designs are and how many colors there are. For example, an order of twelve Gildan Cotton shirts (5000) one color with full front design costs $17.40 a garment. We offer low prices and do not charge more or less for a  white shirts vs. black and other colors are also the same price!

Can you embroider on apparel pockets?

No, we cannot embroider on apparel pockets.

I don't live near a store. Can I still place an order?

Cancellations and Changes?

Custom screen-printed items: Once an order is placed with a customized logo and then it is changed or cancelled, even if possible is subject to cancellation, screen set up fees and freight charges that apply. If the merchandise has already been decorated, it is not returnable. If we create the sample and email it to you for approval but do not receive a reply or any attempt to contact us within 10 days, you are subjected to forfeiting 25% of your order payment you will also incur a $25 order restocking fee for garments that have already been ordered.

Can you print a photo on t-shirts?

Yes, using a Method called dye sublimation we can print full color photos and designs. Your artwork is printed transferred onto your apparel using high heat and extream pressure. The dye particles convert into gas where they bond to the fibers. Unlike screen printing, the dye is absorbed by the fabric for a fantastic, soft-to-the-hand feel. The drawback is it dose not pint white so it can only be applied to a dri-fit product that is light in color like light grey, sports grey or white. To order (click here)

What is the normal turnaround time for embroidery?

The normal turnaround for embroidery is 12 business days from art and order approval.

Why does the ink color on my shirt not match my computer screen?

Due to different monitor settings, ink colors may vary slightly from your computer screen. The ink color will be close to what you see on your screen.

How big can I screen print on a t-shirt?

Total Exposure Designs’ largest print dimension is 14 inches wide OR tall. Please take a look at our screen printing dimensions page . Please contact a rep for help determining the best size for your design.

Can I get different color garments?

Different color garments can be purchased as long as the artwork will print the same on each color garment. Please contact a customer service representative. to ensure that your design will work on different color garments.

Do you Print on Demand Screen Printing or Flex Vinyl Heat Press ?

Yes, (maximum number of shirts being 11 using digitail print or flex vinyl method with applied high heat press ) With a two business day turnaround after artwork is approved not including shipping time.

What if I need a size or product not listed on your website?

Feel free to give us a call at 888-416-6027 before you place your order. We’re always happy to help you find alternative sizes or products that we can print on.

Can I get screen printing and embroidery on the same garment?

Yes, though the turnaround time would be a bit longer.

Can you create an online store so that my team/organization/group can pre-sell items for an event?

We sure can! We can create a professional web store stocked with your items. Customers can purchase and pay through our system. This option definitely beats creating an excel spreadsheet or keeping track of a stack of printed order forms!

Can I use copyrighted material?

We do not take any responsibility to obtain permission for reproduction of logos, patents, trademarks and copyrights. By agreeing to print any submitted artwork, we will not be held liable for any copyright issues under any circumstances. You (customer) represent and warrant to KD Shirt Shop & Sporting Goods that you have the unrestricted right to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name, photograph, portrait, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property (“Material”) in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the products ordered by you. You warrant that, in obtaining the Material and submitting it to KD Shirt Shop & Sporting Goods for reproduction, you have not violated or infringed on any trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold Silver Screen Printing, and its directors, officers, employees and agents (“KD Shirt Shop & Sporting Goods Parties”) harmless from and against any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made against or incurred by Silver Screen Printing Parties by reason of breach of this warranty, and you agree to pay any judgment or settlement offer resulting from any suit, demand, or claim, and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by KD Shirt Shop & Sporting Goods Parties in defending against any such suit, demand or claim.

The burden of determining that any Material is not protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or other proprietary right rests with you (the customer). You (the customer) are solely responsible for obtaining proper permissions and licenses, except as may be permitted by copyright law, from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed by the use of any Material protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or other proprietary right. To use any logo, trademark or copyrighted items, a customer must have written permission from the owner of the logo, trademark, or copyright. A customer may not use any logo or other graphic material in a manner which may infringe copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary mark. A customer also may not use any logo or trademark in a vulgar, libelous, disparaging or otherwise unlawful manner.
