Satisfaction is guaranteed if your order contains printing errors or defective goods, we will take back the product and refund your monies or send you a new product there will be a $.50 restocking fee take from the return amount, provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within 30 days of your order. The shirts must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors. The cost of mailing the item back will be the cost of the customer.
Custom Designed Shirts Return Policy:
Custom designed product is nonrefundable. KD Shirt Shop will exchange custom shirts only if words are spelled wrong due to KD Shirt Shops error or the shirt is defective having holes, rips, or tears each shirt is inspected before leaving or shop. KD Shirt Shop in no way responsible for refunds or exchanges if the custom misspells the custom words/texts on the shirt.
HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN:
We will provide a full refund (Excluding Restocking Fees) for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. The shirts must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors. Mail it to the address listed below.

We cannot process your return without your invoice #. If you do not know your invoice # please contacts us. We will need to know your name and address in order to look up your order.
If you do not have your return form, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return.
We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a full refund for your original order once we receive it.
